Attached is a diet/food list for diaper poopers only which I received from a friend a few years ago, but updated by myself over the years.
I love HUGE semi-soft loads in my diapers. My personal tip is therefore (1-2 days in advance):
* High fibre cereals or muesli (for breakfast) * Lots of salad (i.e. lettuce) * Pasta (or rice or potatoes)
* Brown bread & cheese * Bananas * Dark chocolate (85% cocoa) ...
